We're gearing up for the Taranaki Manawatu Regional Final this weekend and excited to introduce contestant number five!

She represented New Zealand as a Junior Cyclist and was even ranked seventh in the world in 2014 at the South Korea Junior Worlds.

Meet Kate Stewart, a DairyNZ Consulting Officer and also your Taranaki Manawatu Regional Chair.

This is her first time competing, and she’s hoping not just to encourage others to compete and set an example in the region, but also show that a woman who doesn’t have a physical day to day job can actually compete in a Regional Final.
