This job was slightly higher than 2.4 metre stud, which left large gaps between wall and ceiling. Normally I’d suggest to cover it with Gib Cove, but my client really wanted Square Stop. To achieve this, I had to caulk all the gaps, tape tight to the ceiling and fill the taper. Then I applied the corner tape over top and continued the process as I normally would. Job turned out mint and my client was happy that I pulled it off.

Tape/first coat. Second coat. Apply internal and external corners. Top coat and sand.
