While all surrounding areas of Phoenix Palms grove are underwater, our stormwater system has coped exactly as expected and worked wonderfully

Construction is well underway in Phoenix Palms Grove. Lot 23 and 26 are both closed in and progressing quickly and the floor slab for Lot 2 is ready to be poured next week. Sites in stage one are nearly all sold now so ring Craig on 0274427950 before you miss out.

The painters from Over the Top decorators have made a great job on the outside of the Okarito ave job. Meanwhile the floor at the Corfe Castle lane job is ready to be poured tomorrow. Very busy start to the year and about to get even busier with the Fairfield Palms subdivision just about ready to go 🔨
