Our first BASIS Smart Panel retrofit is officially complete ⚡️

This existing home now has live circuit-level energy insights, remote control, intelligent scheduling and advanced electrical protection—all through one smart switchboard - it’s really impressive and we’re hoping to see these in more homes.

The installation went smoothly, the finished result looks incredibly tidy, and the customer is very happy with their upgrade.

This one’s starting to come together 👌⚡️

Still a bit to go, but it’s always good seeing a project go from a building site to actually looking like a home.

Really liking how the lighting is turning out on this one.

that's not dust, that's lichen 🌿 and unlike dust it doesn't wash off in the rain.

solar cells are wired in series, so a shaded patch can drag down way more output than the area it actually covers. worth getting checked if your panels look like this.

Gas bills getting out of hand? 🔥➡️⚡

We’ve been installing more hot water heat pumps than ever before.

Many homeowners are discovering that rising gas prices and daily supply charges are making gas hot water far more expensive than it used to be.

A modern hot water heat pump can dramatically reduce the energy needed to heat your water while still giving your family all the hot water you need.

If your gas system is getting older, now could be the perfect time to see whether switching makes financial sense.

Another sauna fit out at wairua BJJ - for this one we had to upgrade the entire supply, add a smart switching mechanism so that the owner could turn the sauna on and off with his phone and create a pre set timer for each sauna session with the push of a physical button also. The finished product is awesome 🙌
