We meet when it suits you. If you work full time, we can meet in the evening both during the design and the building stages.
We help make decisions early and communicate these for pricing and for the team onsite, including lights, power points, vanities, and kitchen joinery - avoiding the need for last minute, stressful decisions.
We receive the monthly invoices and assess whether they're fair. We have the hard conversations so you don't have to - interrogating variations and ensuring they're right for the project.
Yes, we are designers. But we're also your representative, advocate, and advisor, and we help lead the project from start to finish.
