Our fencing team had a big job to demo and build a new 108m fence at St Michael's school in Pomare after it had been damaged in the recent storms.

Big ups to our fencing team for smashing this out for the school and neighbouring properties.

In April, we attended a blessing led by Waiwhetu Kaumātua Konga Reriti, for six brand-new homes we had recently completed in Avalon.

These blessings give us time to reflect on our team’s journey from the beginning to the completion of these new builds, while also reminding us who we are building them for. We feel privileged to contribute to stronger, more resilient communities by providing warm, modern homes for those who need them most.

You’re spot on - since the start of the year, the team has been hard at work preparing & building 56 brand new homes on 11 sites across the region 🙌

This wouldn’t be possible without the incredible effort of our wider sub-contractor team working alongside us here at RFC - real teamwork in action 🫶
