Sar Street- Pipitea

Perched on the cliffside just minutes away from Wellington CBD, this apartment block strikes the perfect balance- So close to the city, yet peacefully elevated from the hustle and bustle.

We completed the full roofing project, taking advantage of the 10/10 harbour views. Installed skylights to flood the interiors with natural light and the team paid special attention to the flashing details around the fireproof metal eyebrows at the rear- both a design feature and safety upgrade.

Sanctuary Apartments, Karori

We're proud to showcase the results of a project that's all about precision, style and craftsmanship. A striking six unit complex is nearing completion, and it's already turning heads.

Royal Roofing handled 90% of the exterior installation, delivering sleek horizontal corrugated cladding that gives the building its distinctive modern appeal. Custom designed 'eyebrows' above windows add an extra visual pop, making each unit stand out even more.

A lot of hard work went into bringing this design to life- and the results speak for themselves.

The final roof of 2024 🏠🎅🏼 and the most important 😉

Wow, what a year it’s been! We are proud to be apart of builds that have won incredible awards. From carports, to big commercials, to endless wall cladding and everything in between. We have achieved a huge amount of work this year!

Our amazing clients new and repeat, we have enjoyed getting to know you all and glad to know your roof is now 100% Santa-proof for the jolly man and his reindeer🎅🏼 🦌

We are grateful to our committed employees, who have been the foundation of Royal. Their hard work and dedication throughout the year is greatly valued. We are extremely lucky to have the best crew!

Te Aro Valley, Wellington
Three story home

In the heart of Aro Valley, Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Wellington, a previously empty site right by the shops has been transformed into a stunning three story home, inspired by the original 1890’s residence.
The black (Ebony CS) corrugated iron, green bay windows and hip roof complement the surrounding 1800’s architecture.
The flashing details around the front bay window, rear balconies and sliding doors demanded precise attention to detail to achieve the seamless finish
Despite being just four meters wide this home is generously spacious, with a large skylight illuminating the interior and maximizing sunlight.

History:
The original 1890’s dwelling burnt down in 1974. The site was used as a park by the Wellington City Council for several years and during its vacant time the site featured in a painting by local Island Bay artist, Michael McCormack, entitled “Corner on to Aro Street”.

We had the pleasure of treating the HOBM Year 8 Ducks to the All Blacks game on Saturday night, marking their final year of junior rugby with a memorial experience. The kids joined in the haka from the seats and had a fantastic time.
While the score will go unmentioned, our unwavering support for the All Blacks remains, with the best wishes for the upcoming game this weekend
