Prime example of why you don't run flue condensate lines in metallic fittings.

Customer contacted us saying their 5 year old internal water heater was leaking. Turns out the original installers had used brass fittings to run the condensate and they had been almost completely corroded away.

Rerun the condensate line in PVC and the water heater was absolutely fine👌
