We are looking two qualified builders to join our team. Either as a full time employee or a contractor. We have got several high end residential housing projects ahead of us and we need someone who is exceptionally fussy and takes extreme pride in their work to join us. Experience leading others and the ability to take on responsibility is desirable. Are you a qualified builder with experience in residential housing? We are searching for a foreman, who has an eye for detail and expects the highest of standards in their work, but also for the team working under them. This person must have experience in new builds and renovations , but a commercial background is also desirable. We work hard, have a great work ethic and need the right person to join our team who has the same attitude. We have some really exciting projects coming up and the person we are looking for will have the ability to take overall leadership for end to end builds. This person will have the drive to get a job completed in a timely fashion, and push their team to do the same, without compromising standards. All of our work is in the Wairoa and Mahia area. Northern Hawkes Bay is becoming an increasingly popular place to move to. The surf, fishing, hunting, beaches and general lifestyle are a major drawcard. The cost of living here is a fraction of the cities.

The right person will be paid accordingly. There is a work vehicle and phone available for the successful applicant.
