We’re on the hunt for an organised, reliable all-rounder to support our small earthmoving and lawn mowing businesses.

We’re busy owner-operators who need an extra pair of capable hands to help keep the admin side running smoothly.

𝗔𝗕𝗒𝗨𝗧 π—§π—›π—˜ π—₯π—’π—Ÿπ—˜
β€’ Approximately 4 hours per week to start (based in Mangawhai).
β€’ Potential for additional hours over time.
β€’ Flexible structure (weekend day or split weeknight/weekend once trained).

π—žπ—˜π—¬ π—₯π—˜π—¦π—£π—’π—‘π—¦π—œπ—•π—œπ—Ÿπ—œπ—§π—œπ—˜π—¦
β€’ Xero bookkeeping (invoicing, payables, quotes, bank reconciliations, payroll and GST returns).
β€’ Organising mowing schedules.
β€’ Managing vehicle WOFs, registrations, RUCs and servicing.
β€’ General admin support.
β€’ Optional: marketing support if you’re interested.

𝗕𝗒𝗑𝗨𝗦
Additional hours may be available for personal admin/household support tasks if desired.

π—ͺ𝗛𝗔𝗧 π—ͺπ—˜β€™π—₯π—˜ π—Ÿπ—’π—’π—žπ—œπ—‘π—š 𝗙𝗒π—₯
β€’ Experience with Xero (preferred).
β€’ Strong organisational skills and initiative.
β€’ Full driver’s licence.
β€’ Someone flexible and happy to pitch in where needed.
β€’ Ability to work independently and keep things moving.
