Building in Mangawhai? This is one local spot you’ll want on your list! 🤍

A huge congratulations to the team at Sanctuary Interiors on opening their beautiful new shop and interior design space! It’s awesome to see another local business working hard, backing themselves and bringing something special to our community.

Their new space is an amazing addition for Mangawhai, giving our clients a place to explore ideas, make interior selections and bring their vision to life — all in one convenient local shop. Having a dedicated space to work through those interior decisions makes the building journey that much easier.

We love seeing local businesses grow and succeed, and we can’t wait to get our clients through the doors and work alongside the team on some exciting projects.

Well deserved — congratulations on all the hard work that’s gone into making it happen!

Supporting local. Building local. 🏡

Mangawhai Hills Open Day | Saturday 24 October

We’re incredibly excited to be part of Mangawhai Hills — a one-of-a-kind, master-planned community.

Spanning 185 hectares, with thoughtfully designed sections, expansive green spaces, native planting and walking and cycling trails, it’s a development with a real focus on lifestyle, community and the future.

It’s exactly why we chose Mangawhai Hills for our first Elite Building showhome. We believe in the vision behind this development and wanted to be part of bringing it to life, creating a home that showcases what’s possible when great design meets an exceptional setting.

Join us for the Open Day, grab a complimentary coffee, explore the development and see the progress on our showhome at 7 Titoki Drive.

Come and chat to the Mangawhai Hills Team about the vision for Mangawhai Hills, discover the house and land opportunities with Barfoot & Thompson Mangawhai , and find out what makes this such an exciting place to build and call home.

North Ave — handed over. 🔑

10 months from groundworks to completion on this impressive two-storey architectural home, designed by Frank Stanton of Horizon Surveying & Land Development

A beautiful design, quality detailing throughout, and even better clients to build it for. We’ve loved bringing this one together with them.

Here’s a little sneak peek before the professional photography happens — the finished result is well worth the wait.

Another project delivered the Elite way — hands-on from start to finish, with a focus on quality, detail and doing the job properly. We’re proud of the relationship we’ve built with our clients and the Elite home we have built.

7 Titoki - Roof & Weather Tight

A big milestone on site as the roof nears completion, windows are going in and the frame protection wrap is now complete.

With the building rapidly becoming weather-tight, the form of the home is starting to come through — and the details are beginning to make their mark. Cladding is about to begin and the exterior renders become a reality

Another solid step forward for the Elite team. 🔨

North Ave — sunsets before handover

A little North Ave sneak peek as we head into the final days before handover. 🌅🏡

As the sunsets on this new build the finishing touches are underway, the last details are being worked through, and this home is almost ready to be handed over to its owners.

There’s always something special about seeing a project reach this stage — months of planning, construction, coordination and plenty of hands-on mahi all coming together in the final days.

We’re proud of the detail and workmanship that has gone into this build and can’t wait to see it finished and ready for our clients to move in and make it their own.

North Ave — handover coming up in the next few days. 🔨
