The first real glimpse of our show home skeleton.

With the frames going up, you can finally start to see the shape, scale and outline of what we’ve been working towards at 7 Titoki Drive, Mangawhai.

From plans on paper to something you can now stand inside — this is where it starts to feel real.

A MASSIVE BUSINESS MILESTONE - SLAB DOWN

Feels pretty special to be standing on the slab of our very first Elite Building Show Home — and after years of building homes for our clients, it’s pretty exciting tobe standing on one of our own.

There’s a lot that goes into getting to this point, and today marks a huge milestone for Elite Building.

One thing we’ve always prided ourselves on is our hands-on approach. We’re involved from the ground up, and this slab is no exception. Our own team has completed the slab from start to finish, giving us control over the process, the workmanship and the quality right from day one.

This is exactly how we like to build — hands-on, involved and accountable from the ground up.

This slab is the foundation of what will become our first Elite Building Show Home, where we’ll be able to showcase our workmanship, suppliers and trades, the products we use and the standard we hold ourselves to.

From the ground up — literally.

One big milestone ticked off. Now the fun really starts, frames arrive tomorrow!

Its been a big week hence the quiet socials. We have officially broken ground and are excited to be the first show home and build partner under way in Mangawhai Hills. Watch this space over the coming months as we document our first show home for Elite Building.

At Elite Building, handover day is about more than just passing over the keys. It's about celebrating local craftsmanship, supporting our community, and giving our clients a true taste of what makes this region special.

Our handover boxes are thoughtfully curated with products from local makers and producers because we believe in building local, supporting local, and investing back into the community that supports us. From the homes we build to the businesses we partner with, keeping it local matters.

SANDY LANE - handover tomorrow and the final touches happening. Here's a first sneak peak of the interiors inside this beautiful home.

NORTH AVE - insulation in, rondo up, gib fixing happening either plastering just around the corner.

CULLEN ST - roof on and fully wrapped, joinery installed and brick works in full swing

KAHU DRIVE - our quick six week reno handed over last week. New flooring, wardrobes, deck, windows and a few little alterations.

• Brickwork modifications and reinstatement
