Project Nineteen 🏠

We had the privilege of working alongside BLAC Design & Build on this stunning Māpua build for Lysh & Duncan.

The lighting fit off included sunset dimming up lighting, feature wall sconces and strip lighting with sensor low level lighting. Multiple zones throughout the house mean every space can be set to its own mood.

Add in 2 ducted zone controlled heat pumps and an 6kwatt solar system and this home is not only stunning but also highly efficient and practical for family living.

A little throw back to one of our first jobs with the team at ~ The Knōx Project

Completed in 2023, this home seamlessly blends natural timber and crisp white cladding, sitting effortlessly on its sloped site. Thoughtful landscaping and spacious outdoor living areas make the most of the elevated position, capturing both views and natural light. A perfect balance of style and function.
