Next house underway. Pile holes getting drilled and cleaned out today.
The team did their amazing work as per normal and had all but 10 of the 70 pile holes cleaned ready for piles.
We’ll set the piles up next week and then get some concrete. No wheelbarrows this time for the team, we’re getting in the pump.

Another great effort by the team, all the trusses completed, valleys and purlins finished and all done in 3 days.
This house and land package is coming along well with the roof starting later on this week. All the aluminium joinery and bricks will be done before Xmas.

Waingawa extension all gibbed and getting plastered by Elite Plastering Ltd and all the cladding is on, they’ll get all the trims on next week.

Aluminium pergola installed at the Carterton decking project, first time using Kanda decking supplied by Central ITM and very impressed with it.

Concrete slab poured on the next house and land package.
