We have been a bit quiet around here with lots happening behind the scenes. However, look at the progress the team is making on this extension.

Roof is on and complete, windows are installed thanks to the team at Codde Aluminium Ltd , and check out the external plaster by the crew at Render Effex Limited. Stunning to see it all coming together and the work on the inside is progressing well.

Another solid week on site and looking forward to seeing this project continue to take shape.

If you are planning an extension or renovation, secure your spot for 2027 before it’s too late.

Check out the before, during and afters of this bathroom renovation. An amazing transformation for this client and a huge upgrade in how their home looks and functions.

This space was completely stripped out from top to bottom and rebuilt with modern finishes, a better layout and a fresh, updated feel. The difference it makes is massive. Warmer, more functional and a bathroom that now works for everyday living.

We have more bathroom renovations in the pipeline for 2026, and it’s great seeing these projects lined up and ready to go. If you are planning a renovation or extension, secure your spot for 2027 before it’s too late.

Throw back to this project working with the team at Codde Aluminium Ltd. Check out how these windows were looking before I installed the new insert windows.

A simple upgrade that makes a massive difference. Not only does it update the look of the house, it keeps it warmer, more weather tight, and far more efficient for the owners.

Always a pleasure working with Codde Aluminium Ltd and delivering a tidy finish for our clients.

How good is it to see progress on this extension. Another week wrapped up with frames up, trusses stood, and the RAB board on. It’s an enjoyable project and great to watch it start taking shape.

Big thanks to Protrade Wairarapa for the site scaffolding, keeping everything safe and running smoothly on site.

Looking forward to another action‑packed week continuing with this build.

Awesome to end another week with great progress on site. The floor has gone down and it’s at this stage you can really start to visualise the project and how everything is going to come together.

Stoked to be working alongside the team at Hilton Parker Contracting Limited to get this part of the build completed and set up for the next steps.

Plenty more progress to come as this extension takes shape. Get in touch now as spaces in 2027 are already becoming limited.

August has kicked off strong with site fencing up and work underway on this house extension. Always a good feeling getting a new project out of the ground and seeing the site take shape. This one is going to be an awesome build and I am stoked to be working with my clients to bring their ideas to life and create a space that suits their home and lifestyle.

The early stages are all about setting up the site properly, planning ahead, and making sure everything is ready for the next steps. Plenty more progress to come as we move through the build and start bringing the structure together.

If you are thinking about an extension or want to improve the layout, warmth, or functionality of your home, I am always happy to chat through options and help you plan your next project.

Good to see our past apprentice Jackson Clendon Motorsport back behind the wheel this weekend.

All the best for this season!

Finally back out competing this weekend at Rally Taumarunui!

Nearly 3 years out the car, can’t wait to get back to chasing the dream!

Taumarunui will be a good warmup for a return to the NZRC at Rally Hawkes Bay in a couple of weeks.

Thankful to have Katrina Renshaw along side for this event.

Massive thanks to those have supported our programme for this year.

Cannot wait!

It has been busy around here and we are kicking off some exciting projects. We have been flat out over the winter months with a range of jobs, including this complete reroof for my clients. The sun even decided to come out for a crisp Wairarapa day which made the finish look even better.

A reroof is a great way to maintain your home, improve warmth, and keep things dry through the colder months. It also adds long term value and peace of mind for the owners.

If you are thinking about a reroof or want to improve the warmth and weather protection of your home, I am always happy to chat through options.
