Methven Harvesting

Methven Harvesting Owner/operated agricultural contracting business providing harvesting services across the Mid Canterbury area. Long distance can be arranged.

Methven based contractors Millan Bungard and Chris Woods formed Methven Harvesting in 2013 to complement their respective drilling and ploughing / cultivation businesses. We operate two Claas Lexion combine harvesters (670 & 580) with laser pilot autosteer and an APS Threshing system. The harvesters operate with 7.5m grain fronts and Swathmaster 9 belt grass seed pickups. We can provide on farm ca

rtage with our truck, tractors/trailers and augers. While our yard is located in Methven, we operate throughout the Ashburton District – from the foothills to the sea, and between the Rakaia & Rangitata Rivers. Our clients range from farmers who have done the maths and can’t justify a modern reliable header of their own, through to farms where breakdowns, other farming commitments, or the weather has caused delays and they need a hand. Contact us to discuss your contract harvest requirements. Millan 027 436 2356 | Chris Woods 027 680 3818
