Returning from Thursday, 24 September—just in time for the warmer weather! ☀️

Our refreshing iced-drink range will be back, including three flavours of freshly “mowed grass”… otherwise known as matcha! 😂🍵

🚧 HOLIDAY PARK UPGRADES 🚧

More construction and upgrades are planned for the holiday park from late October, unless scheduling changes.

We will still be operating throughout the work—you may simply find us tucked behind a few shrubs rather than in our usual spot at the main entrance! 🌿

Don’t worry we’ll be there, the coffee will be flowing, and the food will still be cooking. Just follow the smell! ☕🍔

The glamorous reality of owning a food trailer 🤦‍♀️☕

It’s not the insurance. It’s not the WOF, rego, electrical certs or council fees.

It’s the fact that EVERY TIME YOU MOVE IT, YOU HAVE TO PACK UP YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. 🥴🤦‍♀️🫣

Tomorrow we’re off to Rhodes Park, so today we’re dismantling our permanent setup at Tasman Holiday Park Miranda. Still open for dinner at 5pm.

Everything down. Everything secured. Generator into the ute. Generator filled. Pull out oil from fryers, everything on the ground or OUT it goes. Tow to the event. Set everything back up. Wait 30-ish minutes for the coffee machine and equipment to heat up. Trade.

Then pack it ALL down again, drive home and rebuild our permanent setup. 🫠

So that tomorrow someone can walk up and say:
“Just a flat white, thanks.”
JUST......they rekon 🤦‍♀️😂☕️

There’s a whole lot of trailer Tetris happening behind that coffee you’re holding so, be patient! See you tomorrow! ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️

We’re off-site attending an event this Saturday morning 29 August, so there’ll be no morning coffee service at Miranda.

🚨 IF YOU’RE PLANNING AN EVENT, NOW IS THE TIME TO BOOK! 🚨

I am genuinely booking up at least three months in advance, with almost every Saturday taken through to March 2027.

If you’re organising junior rugby, league, netball, football, a sports day, family fun day, community event or large festival day, motorcross PLEASE don’t wait until the last minute to get in touch.

A small number of dates have become available due to cancellations, but these will fill quickly.
