Ayr Street all wrapped up 🔥🏡

What a difference. Out with the old, tired pergola and decking, and in with a brand new outdoor living space that's completely changed the vibe out here.

New feature purple heart decking, a fresh aluminium conservatory, and a spot that's now sheltered from the wind and ready to be used all year round. Old to modern, simple as that.

Awesome effort from the team on this one. A real breath of fresh air for this outdoor space, stoked with how it's turned out 💪🔥

Reeves St is really starting to look the part now. With the final touches going on inside, and landscaping underway to finish off the property, there's not long to go!

Chamberlain Street, Maori Hill 🔨🏠

This already sizeable home is about to get a serious upgrade, with a new extension out the back and a deck further down the section. Plenty of space to work with and a fair bit to get stuck into.

We’re looking forward to getting this one underway and seeing how it all comes together. More to come as we crack into it 💪🔥

Ajax Road, Port Chalmers 🔨🏠

Stoked to be getting started on this heritage home and give it a serious upgrade while preserving the character that makes it what it is.

A big extension out the back plus a stack of other changes to bring the whole place up to scratch.

This is the kind of work we love. Taking an older home, giving it a new lease on life and making it work better for the people living in it. Looking forward to getting stuck into this one 💪🔥

Burkes Drive coming along 🔥🏗️

Lots happening under the weather protection here. Framing is going up on the extension and you can really start to see the structure taking shape.

This one's the rebuild after the Ravensbourne landslide in 2024 took out part of the home. We're bringing the kitchen, dining and living areas back to life and extending the footprint to add a bedroom, ensuite and wardrobe upstairs to capture those sea views.

Big job, and it's really starting to move now. Can't wait to see this home back on its feet, big ups to the boys on this one 💪🔥

Ocean Heights is officially underway 🔨🔥

The first ground is being broken and excavation is underway, so this one is finally moving from plans to reality. The team’s pretty excited to get stuck into this high end build, especially on an absolutely gorgeous site like this.

Dunrobin Street all wrapped up 🔥🏡

What a transformation. Originally designed and lived in by an architect back in the 70s, this one was ready for an overhaul to bring its beauty back to life, and we're proud of how it's turned out.

Taking a look at the kitchen, what was once an enclosed space has been opened right up into a designer open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The new timber flooring throughout ties it all together.

Big job, huge attention to detail, and the crew absolutely nailed it. Stoked with how this one's come together 💪🔥

Cold day on site as Nisbet but plenty of work still underway 🔥💪

This ones a big job! Lot has changed since we last showed you this one.

Gib’s up and it’s starting to feel a lot less like a worksite and a whole lot more like a home. The external cladding blends the extension perfectly.

Modern Men's Barber all wrapped up 🔥💈

A bit of a different one for us, a full refit of the shop face in Meridian Mall, but stoked to be back in the mall doing what we do.

Walls painted, everything fitted out, and it's looking sharp. Great result and a solid new look for the space.

Big ups to the team for getting this one done. Nice change of pace and a great one to have in the books 👊🔥

All wrapped up 🔥🏡

New ensuite added as part of a home extension, plus the existing bathroom fully renovated too, all part of a complete home renovation. Both spaces are looking clean, modern and slick.

Tiled walls, new fittings, sharp finish throughout. Awesome to see this one come together from start to finish.
