Some snippets of our Mosgiel renovation underway. The lounge has been opened up from having a large brick fireplace in the centre along with a bathroom and separate toilet off to the side. A couple of steel portals to go in and opening up the external walls with large sliders to create great indoor/outdoor flow. Along with this room there’s also a office being changed in to an en-suite and the master bedroom being extended. Keep watching for more updates soon!

A few jobs that we’ve been up to over the last few months. We’ve done our own tiling on a new build, over 350 tiles were laid throughout the home including up a stair case. Completed a deck, patio and driveway in Waihola. Had a kitchen island bench top and appliances lifted up in to place. Laid almost 2000 pavers for tidying up a courtyard space. Constructed a feature wall around a gas fireplace, these are things that DCR Building specialize in, making home stand out from the rest with custom one off features that makes your home different from the rest.
