Since 2021, our team has worked alongside TGC Homes across a growing number of residential developments throughout Dunedin.
From multi-unit developments and townhouses through to individually designed homes, each project brings something a little different. Across these builds, Propower provides a mix of electrical, air conditioning and solar services, tailored to the requirements of each development.
Behind these beautifully finished spaces is a lot of work that often isn't seen — electrical infrastructure, lighting, heating and cooling, power, appliances, and increasingly renewable energy solutions, all carefully coordinated with the wider construction programme.
These recently completed homes are a great example of what that collaboration looks like.
We're proud of the standard our team continues to deliver, and equally proud to work alongside another local business creating new homes and contributing to Dunedin's growing housing stock.
