Keeping up to date with maintenance on a cedar is critical to keeping cedar in good condition and your house looking mint. The house on the left hasn’t been touched in years you can see it’s not looking the best beside this one

Restain all finished on this havelock house. The cedar walls had been faded for a long time with sun exposure damage. After a good clean, it required 2-3 coats of resene woodsman cool colour black and the naked timber cleaned back to bare and a coat of wood x oil applied.
150L of stain should keep this one protected for another 2 years.
