This started as a small job on Napier Hill.
The original scope was simply to gain access to the back of a property with no road frontage and no vehicle access to remove some old deck posts. But while we were there, we started talking with the client about how the property could work better.
Years of experience have taught us that the best results don’t come from making things up on the fly—they come from understanding what works, what doesn’t, and seeing opportunities others might miss.
A few short months later, we were back turning those ideas into reality.
