Hawkes Bay Asphalt Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced asphalt crew member to join our team.

This role is not for someone who just wants to turn up and collect a wage. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, hardworking, and committed to producing quality results every day.

You must have:

✔ Full Class 2 driver’s licence.
✔ Proven asphalt paving experience.
✔ Be physically fit and capable of manual work.
✔ Be reliable, honest, and punctual.
✔ Take pride in producing quality workmanship.
✔ Be a team player with a positive attitude.
✔ Be willing to work early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekends when the job requires it.
