Check out this transformation after a fresh paint job and new flooring.

And before you ask, those original wooden floors couldn’t be saved 😅

Another step closer to the finished result! 🔨

Slowly bringing this old building back to life, one stage at a time. This week it’s all about wall framing and insulation — not the most glamorous part of the renovation, but a huge step forward.

It’s amazing seeing the bones of the old shed take shape again while giving it a whole new purpose. 🛠️

Every project starts somewhere 🏡

And this one took us out to Central Hawke's Bay, where these old shearers' quarters got a new home and a whole new purpose.

Relocated to a rural property, the building is being transformed into a unique Airbnb, with a full renovation covering the kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, bathroom and deck.

There was plenty of work to be done, but this one had some serious potential from the start.

Follow along to see how it all comes together! 👀
