Recharged…

It’s been a busy run this year for DWL with many builds completed and many more under construction. Add to that an ever changing housing market and we were long overdue some time out. On the up side a week in paradise with family and we are recharged, refreshed and ready to go. Thank you Raro you never disappoint.

Wrapped & Ready…

A chilly start to the day just meant a little more prep. Another new DWL home completed and handed over to some very excited & happy clients. These guys visited a previous DWL downsized home in Parklands and the rest is history. An absolute pleasure to work with you both throughout the process, as always thank you for choosing DWL Homes.

Last night we opened the doors to our newly completed show home in Mission Hills — and what an evening it was.

Hosting both our future and past clients under one roof reminded us why we do this. The conversations, the questions, the stories from families already living in their DWL homes — that's what it's all about.

There's a huge amount of hard work that goes into creating a home, and nights like last night make every bit of it worth it. Thank you to everyone who came along and made it such a special evening.

Another handover day at Mission Hills …

There's a particular kind of quiet in a home leading up to handover day — all the trades gone, everything finished, everything clean, waiting for the people it was constructed for. Every colour choice, every tile, every layout decision of the clients has come together to form their new home.

Soon it'll be full of furniture, noise, and everyday life. For now, we're just proud to have been chosen to deliver this dream for our client.

Job done…

The farm house is complete and now being enjoyed by Duncan, Brigid and their wider fur family. This one comprised of two separate builds the first of which being the garage / cottage. Once everyone got used to living in 50 sq m having left 250 sq m we embarked on the main house. Add in the new vineyard and this is truly the lifestyle dream. DWL’s second project with these friends and as always it’s been a blast.

A lot to Juggle…

Multiple sites on the go at various stages means there’s a lot of balls in the air. From finishing touches to electrical plans, drainage, floor slab construction and even early stage planning for the next sites it takes a lot of project management. DWL plan plan and plan some more while the dedicated team of trades bring each build to life. All this plus having to wrap up for the early morning cold starts. We wouldn’t have it any other way.
