Project Feature: FrostBoss® Blade Factory

It was absolute pleasure working for one of New Zealand’s most innovative companies, FrostBoss®. They approached us to build an addition to their head office in Hastings, to be used as a new blade manufacturing facility.

Completed over a 12 month period, the 2775m² building includes precast concrete, steel and pre-cut timber. The interior factory set-out allowed for their automated robotic conveyors, as well as offices, kitchen and ablution block.

Project Feature: Catholic Parish Mission Centre

Completed in 2023; we were contracted by the Catholic Parish of Napier to build a new administration centre.

Designed by Sol Atkinson of Atkinson Harwood Architecture, this new addition achieved a Silver Architecture certificate at the NZIA 2024 project awards. Built to suit the existing Church, the vaulted barrel roof proved an exciting challenge for the team and resulted in a charming addition to the city centre.

Going back nearly a decade ago (🤯) we've had the privilege of working for Bayswater on a number projects, completing purpose-built car dealerships for them throughout the region. All buildings were tailored to meet both operational and customer experience needs.

Project Feature: Eskdale School

In 2022 we were awarded the contract to complete a major upgrade of Eskdale School. This is inclusive of a new 400m² ILE classroom block, featuring four main classrooms, five breakout spaces, and a large communal kitchen. Other blocks were repurposed and renovated, outdoor learning areas were revitalised, and a new multi-sport court was added.

Completed in 2025 over 5 stages within the operating school, the team look back fondly on their time there. It was a pleasure to work within this community; both staff and students were consistently kind, understanding, and enthusiastic about seeing their school transformed.
