A few shots of an extensive renovation we have been working on in Granity, west coast.This was once the Granity bowling club but the harsh coast environment had taken its toll so we had quite a job to bring it back. We completely reclad, insulated, replaced the existing joinery with new double glazed units. We also added a new deck with a large verander, a enclosed carport and a new garage/ sleepover to match the existing. We updated the bathroom, added some macrocarpa T&G flooring, and added a new bedroom to cater for the grandkids.
