We’re excited to share a little more of the NZ Electrical Solutions story.

This video gives a small glimpse into the people behind NZES, the work we do, and the capability our team has built across electrical, engineering and automation.

For us, a big part of the NZES story is the relationships we’ve built with our customers and being able to help other businesses solve problems, improve their operations and keep moving forward.

That work also creates opportunities for our own people to learn, develop their skills and build great careers here in the region.

The video is originally produced as part of our Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce 2026 Business Awards entry, we think it tells a much bigger story about who we are and what we’re working to build.

A look at one of the projects our team is currently working on.

This project is a good example of the complete industrial electrical and automation capability we have within NZ Electrical Solutions including design, MCC and control panel construction, site installation, PLC/HMI programming, testing and commissioning.

Our scope covers the full project, including electrical and control system design, MCC and control panel construction, site installation, PLC/HMI programming, testing and commissioning.

These photos show a few different parts of the project currently underway — from the MCC and control equipment being built in our workshop, through to the electrical and automation installation happening on site.

Having our electrical, automation and engineering teams working together means we can take responsibility for the complete solution, from the initial design right through to commissioning and handover.

There’s still plenty happening on this one, but it’s great to see the different parts of the project coming together.

A good example of the size and scope of industrial automation projects our team can deliver.
