We are in the process of setting up a store front offering a set number of sleepout and house plans for a price never to be beaten. Ths plans will contain all details to obtain a building consent and will contain both Plans, Specifications and cutting lists which could guide even a novice in the building of the homes. Our first is a small sleepout 4.8m x 2.8m which will be available for $100, with a choice of cladding. This building will not need a building consent as long as it is situated 2.8m from boundary of residential building.
Coming soon will be 2 and 3 bedroom homes for $1000.00. Keep an eye out.

What a time we are living in at the moment. With Covid looking like it will be an unwelcome house guest for a while longer, Council delays in Consent and central Government missing in action on the building front, there is not a lot to be thankful for. But we hope to make an announcement very soon which is designed to help the people of New Zealand like no other. Keep an eye out for notification.

Last week our first 30m2 building left the yard for delivery to St Arnaud. The sleepout has been constructed under a BCA Exemption because it contained a kitchen and bathroom and will be used by the owners of the high country property for their regular get aways.
Beside the small one is our second transportable venture, a 2 pod, 3 bedroom major dwelling.

With the recent news of the demolition of a number of buildings by NCC, we have a great opportunity for the provision of high performing warm and comfortable apartments within walking distance to the commercial heart of Nelson.

Attached is a quick mock-up of a 12 two bedroom apartment complex with space for Artspace or other commercial business. Even with the extra engineering, the cost per apartment can be kept below $550 000.

We will now see if NCC have a true and pure goal for housing affordability.

In collaboration with the great team at Thermal Living, we released our 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom first home, holiday home, luxury campground Cabin, bach. Priced at $89 000 for 50.40m2 high performing insulation local delivery, the building represents fantastic value for money and has received an awesome response to the first open home.
We are in the process of applying for 2 consents and in discussion with more affordable housing is here to stay. Coming soon is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom model standard configuration.
