🏠 Scotland Renovation – Progress Update

The team have been flat out over the last month getting stuck into the next stage of the renovation.

A huge amount of work has gone into levelling and feathering the existing floors, smoothing out all the bumps and hollows to get a nice, even surface ready for the new flooring.

We’ve also had Broadway Electrical on site completing the pre-wire, along with:
🔨 New insulation throughout
🔧 Plumbing installation
📐 Gib board installed

Next up is gib stopping, then we’ll really start seeing this renovation come together!

🔨 Quick update from the Scotland Renovation!

The team has been busy behind the scenes, straightening the walls, levelling the floors and getting all the new windows glazed and completed.

At this stage, it’s definitely looking a little worse before it gets better, but that’s all part of the renovation process! There’s plenty of preparation work happening now to make sure everything is straight, level and ready for the next stage.

The transformation is already starting to take shape, and this place is going to look completely different once we’re finished.

🚧 This renovation is starting to take shape!

The guys have been flat out on site, stripping this place right back and getting it ready for the big transformation.

Old plasterboard? Gone.
Windows and doors? Out.
Carpet? Pulled up.

We’re getting right back to the bones of the house so we can start rebuilding and bringing this space into the modern day. 🔨

Day 1 on our latest renovation project.

We're transforming the first floor of this 1950s home with a complete upgrade designed to improve comfort, increase energy efficiency, and bring the space up to modern living standards.

Over the coming weeks we'll be replacing windows and doors, installing new flooring, upgrading the deck and balustrade, and carrying out a full interior renovation.

We’re hard at work prepping and pouring the concrete floor for our prefab garage. A solid foundation is key.

Just wrapped up this carport build using clear polycarbonate roofing, keeps the space protected from the elements while still letting plenty of natural light flow through to the house. Practical and clean finish that doesn’t darken the area 👌
