Behind the scenes of Barry Long Concrete & Landscaping, Krystal has always been there supporting me and keeping everything running smoothly. I’m incredibly proud to share that she’s now joined the team at Professionals, and I can’t wait to see all that she achieves in this exciting new chapter.

Born and raised in New Plymouth, Krystal is proud to call this beautiful place home. Now raising a family here, she values the community, lifestyle, and opportunities that make Taranaki so special.

For the past 10 years, Krystal has co-managed a successful business with her partner, developing strong skills in organisation, problem solving and customer service. Managing daily operations in a fast-paced environment has taught her the importance of both people and processes, experience she now carries into her real estate career. During this time, she also completed the New Zealand Diploma in Legal Executive Studies, further strengthening her attention to detail and understanding of property matters.

Krystal is passionate about building genuine connections, offering honest advice and supporting clients through every step of their property journey. Having lived in multigenerational homes, she understands the unique needs of families at all stages of life and the importance of finding a home that truly fits. Known for her compassionate, people-first approach, she considers it a privilege to be part of each client’s story.
