A bit of fencing work this week 🔨

From repairing an existing fence at Miro Street to getting the groundwork underway for a new block wall and automatic gates at St Aubyn Street.

This week we're giving a well-deserved shout out to our apprentice, Ryan – better known around site as Frosty. ❄️

Frosty's almost into his third year of his apprenticeship already! He's been putting in the mahi across our renovation projects, learning new skills and always keen to get stuck in.

Weekly Round-Up: Rimu Street 🏡

Another busy week on site! The first of the five investment units is now complete inside, while outside the new fencing is taking shape and concrete pads have been poured for the garden sheds.

A New Adventure Begins 🏡

Matt and Tanya have just taken the plunge into their first investment renovation project, and we're excited to be along for the ride!

The plans for this Parsons Street home include a new roof, kitchen, bathroom, paint, floor coverings, and an additional bedroom – a big transformation with plenty of potential.

Here's to the start of an exciting project and the first step on their investment journey. 🔨

Weekly Round-Up: Manu Crescent and Budleigh Street 🏡

A short week but a good one! At Manu Crescent, the double glazing is in and the kitchen and deck are starting to take shape. At Budleigh Street, the kitchen and ensuite are coming together, with insulation and gib complete and ready for paint.

Last week we handed over the keys to the owners of this beautifully renovated family home.

It’s been awesome working with Kirsten and Alistair throughout the project and seeing it all come together.

Projects like this are always a real team effort. At Building Lab, we manage all aspects of the building process alongside our awesome subtrades — helping everything run smoothly from start to finish.

Work in Progress at Weymouth! 🏡

We’ve been loving this mammoth job, which includes a full Palliside reclad, new joinery and double glazing, new decks and bathrooms.

This one’s a big change and the team are making great progress. 👏👏
