Small jobs deserve a good builder.

A repair you’ve been putting off. A door that’s never worked properly. An alteration that would make your home work better.

At Rockstead, we bring the same care to those jobs as we do to larger renovations, like the transformation pictured here.

We’re welcoming enquiries for building repairs and smaller alterations.

Send us a message with a photo and your location. Let’s talk about what needs doing.

🌿🌸 Breaking News! Our sustainable building startup has been selected by the Auckland City Council for an extraordinary inaugural project at the Botanical Gardens. Introducing our innovative use of h**pcrete for a groundbreaking eco-friendly structure! 🌳🌱

We are thrilled to announce that our first commercial venture involves constructing a sustainable structure within the Botanical Gardens, showcasing the incredible potential of h**pcrete as a renewable and environmentally friendly construction material. 🏛️🌿

Our team of dedicated experts will collaborate closely with the Auckland City Council to design and build a structure that harmoniously blends with the natural beauty of the gardens while providing a functional and sustainable space for various activities and events. 🌿🏗️

H**pcrete, made from a mixture of h**p shiv the by-product of the fibre process and Geobind, offers numerous benefits, including excellent insulation properties, moisture regulation, and a significantly reduced carbon footprint compared to traditional building materials. By using h**pcrete, we are taking a significant step towards creating a greener and more sustainable future for our community. ♻️🌍

Throughout the construction process, we will prioritize eco-friendly practices, ensuring minimal environmental impact and emphasizing energy efficiency. We are dedicated to creating a showcase project that inspires others to embrace sustainable building practices and supports Auckland's commitment to becoming a carbon-neutral city. 🌿
This unique h**pcrete build will serve as a multi-purpose space, hosting educational workshops, community gatherings, and exhibitions focused on sustainable living and the importance of environmentally conscious construction practices. 🌿🌿

We are honoured to partner with the Auckland City Council in this exciting venture and look forward to creating a landmark sustainable hub that will inspire future generations. Stay tuned for updates as we embark on this remarkable journey towards a greener and more sustainable future at the Botanical Gardens! 🌿🌸
