Join Blain Hamilton Contracting!
Blain Hamilton Contracting is currently looking for new operators to join the team for the upcoming contracting season from September 2026 through to April 2027. We are looking for operators with a strong passion for farming and agricultural machinery, a can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and a dedication to our farmers and a job well done.
What’s Involved?
-Operating a variety of tractors, implements and machinery.
-Working along side a passionate team
-Fully furnished shared accommodation
What we require:
-A good level of fitness and mechanical understanding.
-Skilled operators with prior experience in agricultural contracting.
-A strong work ethic, and an eye for details.
-The ability to work both with a team and alone.
-Honesty, punctuality, and reliability.
-We are especially interested in experienced candidates with agricultural or mechanical qualifications (but is not a requirement), experience in operating tractors in a contracting environment and young people raised on farms.
