Join Blain Hamilton Contracting!
Immediate start
Blain Hamilton Contracting is currently looking for operators to join the team due to overseas staff needing to return home. We are looking for operators with a strong passion for farming and agricultural machinery, a can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and a dedication to our farmers and a job well done.

What’s Involved?
- Operating a variety of machinery and implements.
- Working alongside a passionate team.
- Starting date is as soon as possible.

What we require:
- A good level of fitness and mechanical understanding.
- Skilled operators with prior experience in agricultural contracting.
- A strong work ethic, and an eye for details.
- The ability to work both with a team and alone.
- Honesty, punctuality, and reliability.
- We are especially interested in experienced candidates with agricultural or mechanical qualifications (but is not a requirement), experience in operating tractors in a contracting environment and operating excavating machines such as Diggers & dozers.
-Holding a truck license would also be a benefit

Blain Hamilton Contracting is currently looking for new operators to join the team for the upcoming contracting season from September 2025 through to April 2026. We are looking for operators with a strong passion for farming and agricultural machinery, a can-do attitude, willingness to learn, and a dedication to our farmers and a job well done.

What’s Involved?
-Operating a variety of tractors, implements and machinery.
-Working along side a passionate team
-Fully furnished shared accommodation

What we require:
-A good level of fitness and mechanical understanding.
-Skilled operators with prior experience in agricultural contracting.
-A strong work ethic, and an eye for details.
-The ability to work both with a team and alone.
-Honesty, punctuality, and reliability.

Due to an increase in workload Blain Hamilton Contracting is seeking Tractor and Truck Operators to join our team for immediate start.
There will be opportunities to operate a range of tractors, implements and machinery.
The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a team, be teachable, flexible, motivated and have a can-do attitude. A good level of physical fitness, mechanical understanding and desire to learn new skills are a minimum for these roles.
We are particularly interested in experienced candidates with agricultural or mechanical qualifications (but is not a requirement), experience operating tractors in a contracting environment and young people raised on farms.
WE REQUIRE:
- Operators with a passion for farming and agricultural machinery.
- Skilled operators with agricultural contracting experience.
- Must be comfortable working in both a team environment and alone.
