25–30 hrs per week | Oamaru / Waitaki
Waitaki Property Works is a locally owned landscaping & grounds maintenance business. We’re looking for a reliable all-rounder to join our team.

The work:
• Lawn mowing (push & ride-on)
• Weeding, pruning, hedge trimming
• General garden & grounds maintenance
• Mix of residential & commercial sites

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable & punctual
• Has a good attitude and willingness to learn
• Can work independently once trained
• Holds a full Class 1 licence (must be able to drive a work vehicle)
• Experience ideal but not essential — training provided

Hours & pay:
• Casual role — approx. 25–30 hrs per week
• Potential to move to full-time for the right person
• Pay based on experience
