Lot 3, Cambrook Place: then and now.

We caught up with Clemens and the crew mid-build, framing up for the soffit and getting ready for Rondo inside.

A wee stroll down memory lane with the McBrimar team.

Check out the baby faces. Tim and Forrest started with us as apprentices and are now qualified builders and foreman. Willie has worked his way up from builder to project manager, swapping the tool belt for a phone and a whole lot more responsibility.

And yes, that's a real baby face too. That's Austin, who was in McBrimar gear before he could walk. He's six now and still hasn't signed up for his apprenticeship.

Proud of how far this crew has come. We've got this.

Last Friday we handed this one over. 🔑
