The boys are still moving a bit of dirt here and there and continuing to push through the winter conditions as expected.

We’re now starting to prepare for another busy earthworks season, which kicks off next month. The site is looking really good, clean and well maintained.

Our Hobbs Bay playground is now 90% complete!

The boys have done an outstanding job getting everything to this stage within a very tight schedule. It’s starting to look great, and we can’t wait to see it open shortly.

📍 One Tree Point Project | July Update

Another solid month of progress at our One Tree Point project. The team has been pushing through well, with the drainage works now nearly complete.

The next milestone is moving into the civil works for this stage of the project, and we're looking forward to keeping the momentum rolling.

One of the benefits of working on a sand-based site is that we're able to keep making progress through the winter months, helping us stay on track despite the weather.

Massive effort from all the boys on site. Your hard work, commitment, and determination don't go unnoticed.

While winter has definitely brought the cold, we've been making the most of the sunshine whenever it appears! Our Ara Hills team has been pushing ahead with earthworks, taking full advantage of the great conditions to keep the project moving forward.

The hard work and commitment from everyone on site has been outstanding. Whether it's blue skies or the occasional shower, the team continues to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Every bit of progress we make now sets us up for a strong transition into the next stage of the project as we move into the civil works.

COOKS BEACH – PROJECT COMPLETED ✅

A huge congratulations to our Coromandel team on successfully completing the Cooks Beach project.

This project has been a fantastic effort from everyone involved, and we couldn't be prouder of the dedication, hard work, and commitment shown throughout the duration of the works.

From the early starts to the final touches, the team consistently delivered to a high standard and worked together to get the project over the line safely and efficiently.

April Update | Ara Hills, Orewa

The team continues to make strong progress on site as we head into the winter season.

With plenty of earthworks still ahead, the crew is pushing hard while conditions remain favourable. Despite a few recent weather-related challenges and forecast disruptions, the team has remained focused, continuing to move dirt and complete critical works to keep the project on track and meet key deadlines.

Great effort from everyone on site for maintaining momentum and delivering through the changing conditions.

As our Cooks Beach project starts nearing completion, it’s safe to say these views will be one thing we’ll definitely miss 🌊☀️

Massive shoutout to the crew for their hard work, dedication, and effort in helping get this project over the line. The team has put in the work from start to finish, and we’re now down to the final touches before wrapping things up.

Not long now until we close this chapter and shift focus onto the next project ahead.
