Remember when we shared the epic transformation of the Argyll School playground?

We recently received this beautiful letter in the mail from the kids, thank you so much! It honestly made our day.

It was awesome to be able to get in there, sort out the stumps, and help get the playground ready for the new swings. Seeing the end result (and hearing how much it means) is what it’s all about.

This garden was hiding 4–5 stumps and a web of roots.
Now it is all ground down and left level, clean, and ready for the next step. 🙌

Looks harmless… until it messes with your water supply 💧🌳

In this case, an old cherry tree stump was impacting the water supply line.
A temporary re-route first, then the stump ground to maximum depth to allow for a permanent replacement.

Hawke’s Bay weather has definitely had some grunt lately.
Plenty of sun, but it’s come with some serious wind. This one had had enough.

A massive wind-damaged root system removed and ground down, problem solved. ✔️

Hundreds of Christmas tree stumps removed, holes filled with blade, and paddocks left ready for mowing. 🎄Santa will just have to wait a while before figuring out where to drop next year’s gifts! 🤣

This stump was still fighting to live 😅

We made sure it was fully ground down so there’s no chance of regrowth, problem solved.
