Hello February!!! (Already!?)

I hope everyone has been enjoying their summer in between the rain! The KPG whānau definitely have had a busy social one but ready to get back into it.

Although summer soccer is winding down (teamed up with the amazing Jess at Money Quirks this season sponsoring Kōwhai Quirks on the field) Jesse is now ready to start the rugby season. See if you can spot a KPG logo on the rugby feild too this year.

Welcome to the second half of the year! My biggest reflection was my youngest turning one in April, and she’s now been booted out of the apprentice hot seat…

You may have noticed my van around town with a new passenger seat warmer - meet Hemi…

Hemi is an asset to our Kōwhai team - friendly, polite and keen to learn all the tricks of Plumbing, Gasfiting and Drainlaying. Not so keen on the blockages, so let’s keep our flushing clean 👀

Kia ora tātau,

Just a winter check-in with everyone… We hope you are all staying warm and dry.

April/May slowed down as we welcomed our daughter Mabel-Jane into the KPG whānau, and will have to follow tradition with planting a Kōwhai tree on her whenua at a later date.

I am now right back into it, so let’s get chatting about your next plumbing or gasfitting plans.

Hi team, quick update as I have been a bit quiet on here!

Although it’s sunny today, the colder weather is fast approaching. If you have anyone in your household that can’t handle the Waikato winter months (like Hilary’s mum) you’ll be wanting to get that chimney swept ASAP. Contact me on 022 174 0902 for bookings, or any other fire enquiries.

Late April we are expecting trouble maker number two, so get in contact before I take a bit of time off around the new addition.

Kia ora koutou, my name is Jesse Williams and I am finally ready to introduce to you Kōwhai PG!

I am a friendly local who has been in the plumbing business for 10 years now, and am proud to have taken the steps to begin my own business.

I've grown up in Ōtorohanga and you'll often still find me on the rugby fields most winter weekends, and down at the domain for a bit of social soccer during the warmer months, oh and the golf course too if I'm in the good books.

The name Kōwhai Plumbing and Gas was inspired by the tree we planted on my daughter's whenua, sparking inspiration for my own new journey, here in the King Country.
