🏗️ Project Update | Roof Lift Completed 🏗️

A major milestone reached on Transpower with the successful installation of the roof.

Working alongside Manawatu roofing and the team expertly coordinated a series of precision lifts to position the roofing sheets safely and efficiently. These aerial shots showcase the scale of the operation and the quality workmanship being delivered on site.

It was a privilege to work with these repeat clients to bring their vision to life, alongside Nicola Ross Design, D-Mac Joinery and Pak Design From the striking architectural details to the exceptional joinery craftsmanship, every element was delivered with care and attention to detail.

Congratulations on becoming a Best Awards finalist. We're proud to have played a part in creating this outstanding home.

This idea came late at night, in that space between awake and asleep where ideas that have been circling catch. Taking the joinery full height was the spatial intervention that unlocked the project. What could have simply been a joinery insertion below a painted face, became the composition that resolved the volume of the room, and once it existed, it set the standard every choice that followed had to rise to meet.

No one does work like this alone. The team at D-Mac Joinery Ltd have been exceptional across this home, taking a demanding design and executing it with care, precision and true craftsmanship.

🌅 Our team was on site bright and early this morning completing a significant concrete floor pour on the Main Street project. The conditions couldn't have been better, with a stunning winter sunrise providing the backdrop to another major milestone.

Big thanks to the crew and suppliers for the hard work and coordination that goes into a pour of this scale.👷‍♂️🏗️

We're excited to welcome Jarrod Amey to the Humphries Construction team as he begins his apprenticeship with us.
Jarrod impressed us throughout his Gateway placement with his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. We're proud to support young people entering the trades and look forward to seeing Jarrod grow and develop his skills with our team.

Congratulations to Gateway student Jarrod Amey who departs PNBHS today to take up an employment opportunity with the offer of an apprenticeship with Humphries Construction.

The work history that Jarrod established whilst on his weekly Gateway work placement (and the extra days he did during the holidays) as well as the completion of BCITO trade specific vocational paperwork and industry recognised practical courses all combined to help Jarrod gain this employment opportunity.

All at PNBHS wish Jarrod well as he enters the workplace.

A big thank you to Humphries Construction for not only providing the work placement opportunity but also for being willing to invest in a young man from PNBHS.

We're proud to see The Stables Motel now finished, open, and welcoming guests.

From concept to completion, this has been a fantastic project to be part of. The finished result is a modern, high-quality accommodation facility that visitors will enjoy and a business that will serve the community for years to come.

A quick look at the progress on this commercial project. 👌🏗️

From the first dig in the ground to where we are today, it's been great to see this build come together.

Not long now and the client will be enjoying their new facility. We can't wait to show you the finished result!
