Rusting flexis?? Get them replaced before it turns to stress & insuarance claims.
An easy check you can do visually on the under side of all mixers,taps, cabinet fixtures and inlet on toilets👍

Firth Factory re pipe done recently.
The old pressure pipe kept giving way so we went blue line and tidied everything up .No more urgent leaks in the factory to race to🤣

Rheem 10ltr lazer boiler unit install by paul with some nice chrome copper action.The old inlet pipe was hacked through the back of the older unit.
Now easily accessible and tidy.

John & Dom retro fitted this Raymor Brighton 9x9 shower today.
Everything worked out a peach .No decorating required.👌
These units also have glass shelving which is a nice upgrade rather than a plastic moulding.
New Vortex mixer & Avon slide shower upgrades also.

Lead free from 1st May 2026.
Good article from Master Plumbers, have a read and remember to ask your plumber or supplier going forward if your tapware, fittings are lead free.
Some merchants are already rolling out lead free tapware which is great.
How it affects you?
Cleaner, safer water source to your home!
Slight price increases with tapware due to the base metal being more brass in the tap body.
Being compliant!

Master Plumbers remains concerned about how the Government plans to police the regime.
