Job coming along nicely now! Spouting & fascia all sorted. Windows are in & new gib in behind cooktop ready for glass splash back. Just a few flashing to sort & gib board to install on the inside.

This seems to be the year of fixing other people’s dodgy building & plumbing work!
An up hill waste pipe from the washing machine & also connected to a dishwasher has wrecked this entire floor! ⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨

Inbuilt fire place lifted into place this morning with some help from the boys from Lanceley Pluming & Drainage. Wall linings & halve in place ready for the flue to be installed before our final plumbing inspection! ⚒️🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨⚒🔨
