Before the walls close in… 👀
A peek inside our Vaucluse Heights build while all the bones of the home are still on show.
At framing stage you really get to see the detail behind the finished product – and in this home, those raking ceilings, feature glazing and big openings are already giving a pretty good indication of what’s to come.
It may be all timber, trusses and bracing for now, but you can already see the proportions of the rooms and those ceiling lines really starting to define the spaces.

A very windswept but beautifully blue-sky Friday afternoon up at Kingsdale Park Drive. We’re appreciating these photos (thanks so much Lorry Hi-Res Media) just a little bit more today 🌧️!!
The cladding is going on, the dark roofs and joinery are really starting to pop, and all those individual design details are beginning to bring each home to life.
There’s something pretty satisfying about this stage of a build - the scaffolding might still be up, but you can really start to see it all coming together.

There’s something seriously satisfying about watching great gib stoppers at work.
The team are in action at Kingsdale Park Drive, turning joins, screws and corners into smooth, seamless walls ready for paint.
Another trade working their magic, and another step closer to seeing these stunning homes come to life.

There’s something pretty special about seeing a build from above!
Our Vaucluse Heights build is really taking shape, and these latest drone shots give such a great perspective of not only the home, but its fantastic location.
With the roof on and the framing wrapped, you can really start to appreciate the scale and layout of this home - and that outlook towards the river and across Palmerston North isn’t too shabby either! 😍 Plenty more to come as we move into the next stages of the build.

The exterior painting is complete at our Otane build, with the painters now bringing the inside to life.
A lot of preparation goes into achieving a quality finish and now the details are starting to shine. The finishing stages are where the magic happens.
