Hey Everyone.

Not a post we have any pride or enjoyment sharing, but none the less.......

Some time over the weekend, our Roberts Line Project was broken into by some very sticky fingered individuals.

They cut padlocks on our gate and shipping container, making off with numerous tools and building supplies.
Saws, drills, breakers, stands, skylights, brackets, bolts, nails and the list goes on.
Even our old Rideon mower we have to keep the site mown and tidy around the house.

Like all businesses, we have worked our asses off to build what we have, to grow our equipment level, to grow our businesses into a position where we can operate efficiently and to a high standard, just to have some lowlife think they're owed a piece of the pie 🥧.

The theft is in the value close to 10k, which we know we will never have returned. Luckily we are insure and will be mostly covered, but the time lost will remain lost.

Please everyone share this around, ither to help us try recover some of the lost gear, or to make others aware and maby try to put more things in place to stop this happening again.

Brewing Behind The Scenes.

This little Gem has been coming togeather since late 2024.

What started as a site visit with a tape measure, pen , sketch book and years of dreams, has changed from our existing sketch, to our alteration sketch, to our basic computerized floor plan.

Once approved, as always, off to Nathan Lee at Vision Architecture for one hell of an upgrade to what we see here.

Our clients were provided with a full 3D computerized walk through, giving a detailed view to every aspect of the Home which is a massive help when monitoring the finer details.

In No time we had our confirmation, working drawings and a seamless run through council to an accepted Consent.

We will be kicking this one off in late August so watch this Space 😎
