A fun Friday afternoon with the whole team 👊🏻

Last Friday, the Semtex & Nuflow teams came together for an interactive workshop with , an award-winning leadership expert and facilitator. It was all about strengthening our team, sharpening communication and building the kind of workplace culture we're proud of.

We wrapped it all up with some questionable ten-pin bowling form, some laughs, pizza and a few drinks to celebrate the week.

A huge thank you to Ellen for facilitating the afternoon and sharing her story, the whole afternoon gave us a new insight into what true leadership and collaboration really means.

Semtex is looking for an experienced Drainlayer to join our Palmerston North team. You’ll work across a wide variety of residential, commercial and civil infrastructure works, including repairs, maintenance and larger projects alongside our plumbing and civil teams.

We’re looking for someone with:
- 3–4 years of hands-on drainage experience
- A full NZ driver’s licence
- A Class 2 truck licence
- Excavator operating experience
- A reliable attitude and strong work ethic

A formal qualification isn’t essential, and we can support the right person to work towards becoming qualified.
