From concept to completion, our team managed the full lighting design, product selection, and installation. By combining strategically placed downlights, bespoke pendants, and sleek strip lighting, we were able to define key dining zones and highlight the incredible, unique decor ⚙️🐮

Kicking off 2026 with training that matters

You shouldn't be sweating this summer and neither should your heat pump. 🥵🥵

As the seasons change and we switch from heating to cooling, now could be the time your heat pump tells you it needs a thorough clean.

One of our own, Sean, recently learned the hard way what can happen when a unit has only ever had its filters cleaned, but never a proper deep clean.

Sean's heat pump, like many in New Zealand, sits in an open-plan living area. Close to the kitchen and with two dogs sleeping in the lounge, the coils had slowly built up a layer of grime, oils, and dust. Over time, this buildup stopped condensation from draining properly, causing water to drip down the living room wall. Not ideal!

Heat pumps pull huge volumes of air through their coils every hour. When that air contains cooking residue, pet hair, dust, and everyday household moisture, it’s only a matter of time before the system starts to struggle.

Ending the month with a Health and Safety toolbox meeting, introducing the boys to our new digital H&S platform . Helping make sure they get home safe to their families and keeping our clients safer around potentially dangerous work.

Then off to for a bit of team socialising. Where we could escape reality for a bit by escaping a virtual reality prison. But not before making our acrophobic man in the office walk the plank.
