Project Update: Exciting progress on site in Maraetai! 🏗️

We are proud to share that two new residential builds by East and South Auckland Stonewood Homes are well underway. Set against a spectacular coastal backdrop with views of the Auckland skyline, our team is hard at work bringing these modern designs to life.

From preparing the foundation to erecting the timber framing, it’s incredibly rewarding to see these high-quality homes taking shape in such a premium location. A big thank you to our dedicated construction team and partners for their continued hard work and commitment to excellence.

Nearly three years later, you’re moving out and the home still looks every bit as good as the day it was opened.

For almost three years, this wasn’t just a showhome—it was a place where we welcomed hundreds of clients, shared countless design ideas, celebrated new beginnings, and helped families take the first steps towards building their dream homes.

As we prepare to hand the keys back and move into our brand-new showroom, it’s a proud reminder of what quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and genuine care can achieve. Despite years of foot traffic and daily use, this home still stands as a true reflection of the standard we build to.

It’s a little bittersweet saying goodbye to a home that has been such a big part of our journey, but we’re incredibly excited for what’s next.

We’re currently putting the final touches on our new showroom and look forward to officially opening our doors on 18 June 2026.

Here’s to the next chapter. 🫶
