Successful delivery to Awhitu 🌅❤️

The weather turned it on yesterday for one of our smoothest deliveries to date — despite plenty of challenges on the road to Awhitu and on site.

Big thanks to the team at for making it all happen. We also made the most of their new digger service, which allowed us to:

✅ Navigate tricky access and foundations after heavy weather
✅ Pull and Move the cabin into final position
✅ Drill deck piles
✅ Dig service trenches
✅ Scrape the driveway
✅ Excavate for water tanks
✅ Spread fines for tank base prep

All in a day. Efficiency at its best.⚡️

Big news for backyard builds.
Whānau dwellings like this one are about to get even better — the government’s increasing the consent-free size limit from 60m² to 70m².

Big thank you to everybody that came along to our mid build event in Chch this past weekend!

Our boys down south got to speak to interested clients about the .sip product, , and the thermal efficiency’s of our cabins. As you can see from our photos, our SIPS structure also doubles as finished lining, cutting down the build processes and build time significantly, and we had some great feedback on how our homes are already so warm and airtight at the mid stage!
