Throwback Thursday!

We want to showcase a project that was completed back in 2021 for Rodin Cars. If you haven’t heard of this company before they’re definitely worth taking a look at. They do some seriously impressive stuff.

Their purpose built 2,500m² factory was designed using the same computer programme that Rodin Cars uses to design and develop their extraordinary Rodin FZED and FZERO track cars.
The facility needed to provide a thermally efficient environment, keeping the machinery used in their manufacturing process at a consistent temperature.

We provided our Ultratherm MSR system, giving the building a high performing, thermally sound roof assembly. Combined with the insulated tilt panels and floor, the building was able to achieve the level of thermal management required to maintain a consistent internal temperature.

Alisha our South Island Architectural Consultant got the opportunity recently to get up on the roof and check out our LinerDeck, Post and Rail system, and our Raesir Bracket being installed on a new school build in Christchurch.

The new roof will utilize our FiberthermX assembly along with the Raesir bracket structural gutter support system.

It had been a few years since she has been up on a commercial roof and she commented “There’s nothing quite like being up high to remind you that you’re probably better suited to the ground!”

We think she did a great job getting up there - It is always good to get out on site and see our systems coming together!

The RoofLogic team attended the Building People Awards on Friday. We were proud to sponsor an award category - Collaboration under $20m Projects - on the night and cheer on the achievements of all the nominees and winners.

We got to take along some special guests from SWP to attend the event and everyone had a great night celebrating with individuals across the commercial building and construction industry.

RoofLogic is excited to see our UltraDeck Façade assembly being installed on the new Mitre 10 MEGA Papamoa project. It's always rewarding to see our innovations brought to life on site!
The UltraDeck panels provide exceptional strength, allowing wider girt spacing while enabling the Rhom Rail cavity battens to be fixed to suit the cladding requirements. The result is a practical, efficient façade solution that delivers both thermal performance and installation flexibility.
A big thank you to Ashton Mitchell for choosing the UltraDeck system for this development and to TH Roofing for their work on the installation. We look forward to watching this impressive project come together.
