Not this one. Timber-framed steps running right through it, pea metal underfoot, planting going in either side.

The planting's young today. Give it a season, and it'll soften the edges and frame the steps, the whole bank working as one garden.

Back at Grenada Village to finish what we started. Did the fence a while back — now we've turned the space behind it into something the owners can be proud to call theirs. New hardwood deck, a boardwalk link through to the existing deck, bench seating the full length, and the old retaining painted to tie it all together.

This Porirua property had a drainage issue that wasn't going away on its own — and a rock garden where the w**d mat had given up the fight. We sorted both.
Drainage fixed properly, w**d mat replaced, and the rock garden refreshed and looking the part again.

👷‍♀️ Site supervisor on deck — even if she did sleep through most of it 😄
We were called out to tackle a big established harakeke in Plimmerton that had completely taken over the garden. These things look manageable until you start digging — thick root systems, heavy green waste, and no small job to shift.
Got the Komatsu in, pulled the whole root ball, cleared the waste, and left the space open and ready for the next phase.
Big thanks to the client for having us out — and to the littlest crew member for moral support from the truck 🙏
