🚧 Job Opportunity | Senior Drainage Foreman / Lead Drainlayer 🚧

📍 Permanent | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Drainage Foreman / Lead Drainlayer to join our team.

This is a senior leadership role suited to a skilled drainage professional who can lead from the front, drive productivity, and work closely with management to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You would be responsible for leading a crew of 3–5 drainage personnel, from planning and organising works through to project completion. We’re looking for someone with strong technical drainage knowledge, proven leadership experience, and the ability to build a positive and productive team culture.

You’ll ideally have:
✔ Current NZ Registered Drainlayer License
✔ 15+ years’ experience in civil drainage, infrastructure, and subdivision works
✔ Proven experience leading and managing drainage crews
✔ Strong knowledge of drainage systems and installation methods
✔ Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
✔ Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, management, and crew
✔ A commitment to health & safety and quality workmanship
✔ A full, clean New Zealand driver’s licence
